How to use it
Enter your yearly electricity use from your bills, roughly how much of it happens in daylight, and tick the big loads. The estimate updates as you type. When you are done, the figures are added to the quote form below so you can send them to us.
How the estimate works
The tool aims to cover most of your regular daytime demand rather than your whole bill, because that is where solar saves the most. It assumes panels on a reasonably oriented roof on the Costa del Sol producing roughly 1,450 to 1,750 kWh per kWp per year. Holiday and seasonal homes are sized down, and pools, air conditioning and electric cars are added as daytime loads.
What it does not know
Your roof size, shade, orientation and electrical supply. That is what the survey is for. Your numbers are not stored or sent anywhere unless you send the quote form.
Where to find your yearly use
Most Spanish electricity bills show consumption for the last twelve months as a bar chart, and your supplier's app or website usually has the total. If you only have one bill, send it and we will estimate the rest.

It is a starting point. The fixed size and price follow our survey of the roof and electrical installation.
How many panels does a typical villa need?
Many occupied villas on the coast need roughly 8 to 18 panels, depending on use, pool and air conditioning.
