Can I put solar on my apartment?
Usually not on your own, because the roof is common property. But a community can install a shared system, and individual owners can take a share of the electricity through collective self-consumption.
Community approval
The community has to agree. We can prepare a technical proposal and budget for the community meeting.
Collective self-consumption
One installation on the shared roof serves several supply points. Energy is divided according to agreed coefficients, and each participant's bill reflects their share.
Common-area solar
A simpler option: solar to power the community's own supply, lighting, lifts, pool pumps and garage doors, reducing community fees.
Roof space
Lift housings, water tanks, aerials and terraces reduce usable area. We survey and show a realistic layout.

Does every owner have to join?
No. Participating owners share the energy; others are unaffected.
Who maintains the system?
That is agreed in the community; we offer monitoring and aftercare.
